Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $120. For orders under $120, a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 applies.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days ($15)
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days ($25)

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International customers can browse and shop our website in their local currency by selecting their country/region from the navigation menu.

Shipping Options

International orders are shipped via DHL Express with tracking. Delivery typically takes 8-14 business days after the order is processed, depending on your destination.

Duties and Taxes

For orders to the UK, EU, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand, all displayed prices include import duties and taxes. For other countries, duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. You can track your package directly on our tracking page or through the carrier's website.

Track your order: Visit your account page or use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Order Modifications

Cancellations

To request order cancellation, please email us at buy@12theodore.art within 12 hours of placing your order. Due to our fast processing times, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests will be honored.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at buy@12theodore.art within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items allow you to secure popular styles before they arrive at our warehouse. The pre-order date or timeframe indicates when we expect to receive the items.

Important: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to the following:

  • PO Boxes (for express/overnight shipping)
  • APO/FPO addresses (international military addresses)
  • Freight forwarders

Package Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or other household members. If you still can't locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Package Protection: We offer optional package protection at checkout to cover loss, theft, or damage during shipping. If you purchased protection, we'll help you file a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and damaged items, then contact us at buy@12theodore.art within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Returned to Sender

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you once we receive it. You'll be responsible for reshipping costs.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • High volume periods (holidays, sales events)
  • Address issues or incomplete information

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate your package.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, we recommend ordering early to ensure delivery before specific dates. We'll post holiday shipping deadlines on our website and social media channels.

Gift Wrapping: Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services, but all orders arrive in our signature packaging.

Multiple Items/Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouse locations. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment. You will only be charged one shipping fee regardless of how many shipments your order is divided into.
